Apollo Greek Mythology Apollo was the God of Music, poetry, plague, oracles, sun, light, medicine and truth and prophecy in Greek Mythology. Apollo was the son of Zeus and Leto, and had a twin sister (Artemis). Apollo had four children Asclepius, Troilus, Aristaeus and Orpheus. Some of Apollos symbols include the lyre, laurel wreath, python, raven, bow and arrows.
